Grand Junction is a thriving city of
approximately 45,000 people. It is situated in the heart of the
Grand Valley, where the Colorado River and the Gunnison River
come together. Palisade is a beautiful small town community
approximately 10 miles east of Grand Junction and has a
population of approximately 3,000 people. The town Fruita is a
bustling community of approximately 7,000 people and is at the west
end of the Grand Valley approximately 10 miles from Grand
Junction. Fruita is a gateway to the Colorado National Monument,
home of the dinosaur museum and one of the fastest growing
communities in Western Colorado. If you an investor or a

There are approximately 135,000 people that live in the Grand Valley. The Grand Valley is bordered by majestic

and with sunny days most of the time. Temperatures range from
the 30's in January to the mid 90's in the summer

World Series baseball tournament at the end of May each year.
Thousands of baseball fans flock to the games to watch teams
from all over the United States play for the national
championship. For the biking and hiking enthusiasts, the Grand
Valley offers some of the best places and trails found in the
United States. Of course with many mountains, rivers and streams
close by, outstanding big game hunting and trout fishing are
minutes away. A brand new Ice Skating rink opened in July of
2006 and the Powderhorn Ski Area and Resort is only a 35 minute
drive. Investors from all over the United States have found that

Even though the
Grand Valley is smaller in population compared to many metro
areas, the medical facilities here are second to none. We have
two wonderful hospitals (St. Mary's and Community Hospital). St.

hospital between Denver and Salt Lake and offers virtually all
medical services except for transplants in its advanced
facilities. A new third hospital is now under construction in Fruita!
We are also fortunate to have a wonderful higher learning
facility in Mesa State College. It offers degrees in numerous
programs of study.
